Customer Service Coordinator - 3rd Shift

Our transportation client located in the Western part of Lake County is seeking two Customer Service Coordinators for their 3rd shift. 

Job Highlights:

• Direct Hire
• Remote role after 2 weeks of onsite training
• Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00PM-5:30AM OR Sunday-Thursday, 10:00PM-6:30AM
  • With possible rotations on Fridays or Saturdays. Those shifts would be Saturdays 11:00PM-7:30AM.
• Pay: $18/hr
• Benefits upon hire: accrued PTO, 401k, Health Insurance, Long & Short-Term disability, Vision and Dental Insurance

Job Responsibilities: 

• Answer inbound/outbound calls (100/day)
• Collect data from callers & document in CRM
• Troubleshoot and answer inquiries to assist callers and drivers
• Multitasking as needed
• Other duties assigned as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• 1 year of call center/customer service experience.
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with callers under high pressure situations.
• Ability to multi-task (talking and typing).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Comfortable working in a high volume fast-paced role
