Step into Pilates Event!
Step into Pilates Event! No experience required. Learn the basics, explore the equipment, and feel the difference. This class will help prepare you for our Restore and Recharge Equipment Class. You will lengthen on the reformer, stretch with the springboard, maybe strengthen on the chair or roll out your fascia on foam rollers.
