Join us in the Dining Room for a spectacular multi-course meal set to the iconic tunes of Ol' Blue Eyes, followed by fireside cigars on the deck. We are thrilled to partner with Arlington Pipe and Cigar, who will be hosting a premium cigar bar on the patio. Their resident cigar expert will be on hand to personally cut, light, and guide you through the perfect smoke.

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Butlered Appetizers and Apéritifs in the bar

 - Jumbo Shrimp Oreganata: Sautéed shrimp served with stewed cannellini beans, soffritto, oven-dried tomatoes, and oreganata sauce.

 - Beef Crostini: Slow-roasted beef tenderloin, seared and crusted with black pepper, thinly sliced and served on a crispy crostini with a caramelized onion cream spread.

 - Caprese Bites: Fresh mozzarella pearls, sweet cherry tomatoes, and aromatic basil leaves elegantly skewered and drizzled with a rich balsamic glaze.

 - Lacinato Kale and Pecorino: Kale and spinach tossed in a creamy citrus Italian dressing with boiled egg whites, egg yolk, raisins, toasted almonds, and pecorino cheese.

 - Tuscan Tomato Bread Soup: Sweet tomato broth with basil, extra virgin olive oil, and toasted polenta bread, topped with parmesan cheese.

 - Chicken Sinatra: Pan-seared chicken breast in a rich, savory Marsala wine and mushroom reduction, served over velvety mashed potatoes and tender-crisp green beans.

 - Braised Short Ribs: Slow-braised short ribs served over creamy parsnip purée, roasted vegetables, and a red wine beurre blanc sauce.

 - Bourbon-Glazed Pork Chop: Grilled bone-in pork chop with fire-roasted apples, chipotle sweet potatoes, braised tomato kale, and a bourbon glaze sauce.

 - The Classic Negroni: The ultimate Italian apéritif. Equal parts Gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth, poured over a large ice cube with an orange peel expression.
