Knot Themed Pop-Up Art Exhibits at Lots-a-Knots

Lots-a-knots Italian Bakery and Cafe in Wauconda is celebrating the knot in January and February with popup curated art exhibits from local area fine-artists featuring the knot.

From noon to 4 p.m. each Tuesday and Wednesday starting on Jan. 7 and running through Feb. 29, enjoy an Italian knot and a bit of knotted culture.

The Lots-a-Knots Bakery and Cafe is at 106 N. Main St., Wauconda.

Join in celebrating the knot with a set of 16 curated mini pop-up art exhibits featuring fine artists from the surrounding area who work with knots.

Guests can try Italian baked knots while browsing through artwork such as string art by Motika Anand, hand-crocheted world-renowned one-of-a-kind gnomes by Wanda H LaVan, and pyrography on wood (knotted or not) and petrified mushrooms by Cayleigh Holland.
