Volo Quality Meats is more than a storefront; it’s a gathering place built on the values of family, flavor, and craftsmanship. It’s the shared vision of Tony, his family, their partner Vince, and the remarkable team behind it all.
The name Volo, Italian for “flight”, captures our drive to rise higher and push boundaries.
It reflects the spirit of our sister brand, Tempesta (meaning “storm”), together forming a narrative of energy and transformation: from wind to flight, from passion to mastery.
