At Snap Fitness in Island Lake, We Help People Create Positive Lifestyle Habits That Make Them Feel Fantastic. We're Open 24/7, with 24 hour surveillance. Our gym is safe, clean and friendly, making It Easy to Turn Fitness Into a Habit.
We are located right off on 176 in between McDonalds and Walgreens with parking right in front of the club entrance.
Our health club is open 24/7 to members and as your neighborhood fitness center, we offer a complete range of health services including personalized strength training, small group training, outdoor circuit class, and 1-on-1 training.
The club is owned and managed by Lorelei Kruger and Jamie Spratt who were born and raised in in Wauconda. No matter what your age or physical condition, we want you as club members and look forward to helping you look better and feel better!
Snap fitness also offers MYZONE: This is the most advanced heart rate monitoring system available to consumers. With a robust mobile app which interfaces with in-club displays, you can monitor your calories burned, your heart rate at effort exerted in real time.
