Rising Sunlight Counseling is dedicated to helping you find greater peace, clarity, and joy in your life. The clinicians at Rising Sunlight blend deep, meaningful healing with light-hearted humor to create a space that feels calm, comfortable, and productive. Therapy here honors both the real and sometimes painful parts of life (relationship challenges, grief, anxiety, life transitions, identity shifts) while also making room for curiosity, growth, and even laughter. You are welcomed exactly as you are.

The Rising Sunlight team of therapists includes Cara, Laura, and Joey. We all share the same belief: Healing is for everyone. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, seeking deeper self-understanding, or just wanting to feel more connected to yourself, we're here to support you. Therapy doesn't require you to have all the right words or show up perfectly. We value authenticity, curiosity, and even humor. Being human means experiencing both struggle and joy, and we make space for it all.

Between the three of us, we offer services for individuals ages 10 and up. We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, UMR, Aetna, Meritain, and Cigna insurance plans.
