Now more than ever\, it's important to teach our kids healthy ways to handle stress and overwhelm.\n\n\n\nLifeline for Healing's Mind Unwind classes will help children learn how to calm their bodies and their minds. Each class we offer a Sound meditation and guided visual meditation focusing on letting go of stress and creating a sense of peace and happiness.   \n\n\n\nParents may also sign up to take the class alongside their children\, to enjoy the benefits of meditation together!\n\n\n\n$15 per class\, per child. $25 per class for a child and a parent or sibling. Buy one class\, or buy all. Discount available for buying the package of 6 classes.
